Getting started

I’m excited to help you de-stress and take some time to indulge. You deserve it!

Before booking, I ask that you read through the remainder of this page, which includes standard practices as well as some specific guidelines for your booking.

Please be prepared to complete screening and send a deposit before booking (via gift card). A deposit is required to confirm your first appointment and any booking longer than 2 hours.

Safety + Screening

Privacy and safety are of utmost importance to me. All new friends are subject to screening, which can be completed here. Please note that screening usually requires at least 2 business days, so even if you aren’t ready to book, it may be a good idea to complete this in advance.

To be approved, please submit (1) a photo of your ID or passport, (2) a photo of you holding your ID or passport, with your face visible, and (3) a link to your LinkedIn with 200+ connections or other documentation of employment.

You may submit this via email or via the contact form.

References from reputable providers with active websites are also appreciated. Please have any provider references email takeabreakchi @ proton.me.

Communication

Please keep all communication professional and respectful. I do not respond to inappropriate messages or communication of any kind, regardless of if you have booked before. If you encounter a provider in public, do not assume they are alone, and do not approach them. Do not ask for or seek out a provider’s personal information. The unique relationship you have with your provider requires clear boundaries, safety, respect, and privacy.

Etiquette

Please be considerate of hygiene. When you arrive, please wash your hands and help yourself to the complimentary mouthwash. Towels will be available for you to shower. You are encouraged to do so, as an indication of respect and intention of both parties having the best experience possible.

Cancellations

Life happens. Please let me know as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations within 24 hours of your booking will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations within 8 hours of your booking will incur a 100% cancellation fee, although half may be used toward a rescheduled date within 14 days, if available.

Payments

Donations are accepted in exchange for time. Please be prepared to pay the full donation in person, at the beginning of your appointment, unless you have made other arrangements prior to your appointment.

Alternate payment arrangements must be requestted via email or text, and must be agreed to by your provider 4 hours prior to your appointment.

Please be mindful of both parties’ security in any communication connected to payments. Unless otherwise directed, please leave any app payment memo lines blank.

A $100 deposit is required to confirm your first booking and any booking longer than 2 hours. This may be sent via Amazon e-gift card to takeabreakchi @ proton.me.

Tips and gifts are never expected but always appreciated.

We love what we do, and sometimes lose track of time. In the event that a booking goes over time, please compensate your provider accordingly.
